Energy - Light - Colour

Jennie's current solo exhibition is a major showcase for recent work along with the addition of some work from the past four decades.

Jennie's work is a dynamic balance between representation and abstraction.

"Using what is in front of me, abstracting from it, I try to transform its energy, light and colour into precarious harmonies."

It is known to millions of travellers in London through her posters commissioned by London Underground for display on the tube.

Her most recent commission for the Royal Botanic Gardens both promotes and celebrates the newly redesigned and replanted Broad Walk at Kew.

Her works reflect subjects and sites internationally and is held in both public and private collections worldwide.

Energy, Light, Colour. These 3 words certainly sum up Jennie’s amazing works of art. A lovely exhibition in a great venue, We bought one of Jennie’s paintings about 30 years ago and it hangs proudly in our sitting room, giving us as much pleasure each day as it did the day it was hung on our wall. And upstairs in our bathroom one wall is adorned with the laminated “Kew” poster that brightened the lives of so many London Tube travellers. A riot of colour, a daily feast for the eyes.
